CutThroat the Hookwing from Archemi Online. 
I received an audible code for the first book in the series in exchange for making fan art of the series.

Hookwings are raptor mounts with scythes on their front claws. And CutThroat is a really sassy black hookwing gal who hates everything and everyone and everything and her entire purpose in life is to destroy everyone.... AND WHAT A GAL SHE IS!

I took a-lot of liberties with her. I opted to base her off the Deinonychus, and add in some yellow feathers hither and thither like her eyes to add some color.
