Another re-draw of Kendra's mother, Anabella, cousin to Lucius Devianti, Devillo's father. Since her late husband (still working on his design atm) was an Oriental dragon she took to assimilating his families culture fairly hard, hence her love & affection for traditional gowns, & not much else if her daughter is to be believed.
