Fully colored reference + help with design for Culex.

Information given by the commissioner: "The old dragon is about the size of a large horse when standing. His body is sleek, but bulky, and covered in fine scales that appear black, but occasionally shimmer with ripples of faint blue bioluminescence. He is built for deep water. Two long horns reach up from his head, gnarled and chalky like coral. His face is finned and his belly plated, and from his forehead protrudes a long organic lure with a fat teardrop at the end that glows pale yellow. He has stunted, fin-like wings, and rough, bumpy ridges that run along his sides. His most striking feature is the eight cupped tentacles extending from his back, four on each side of his spine. His tail is as long as his body and thin, finned vertically with a rippled, semi-clear membrane, like an eel."

I did change a couple of small things, with the approval of Culex's player. Hope it turned out good enough!
