The hybrid, and the Crytaline.

As a Hybrid, Brontes shares the best of both worlds. The magical skill of the Unicorns, and the technical wellbeing, improvision and 'roughing it' skills of the Zebras.

As a 'Crystal Pony', Rubia shares an unusual type of magic, that which may purify those around her from darkness and temptation. Her permanently crystaline form being a bred-in factor that she doesn't revert to a non-crystaline form when not using her magic.

Practiced here is Rubia's crystaline transparency, which is specific to her (as far as i know, looking at other crystal ponies others have drawn) which shows a bit of whats behind her. Also practiced more subtle shading.. X3

Notes:

• they're not a couple. .-.

• Brontes is a born hybrid, not due to the effects of poison joke (as stated a few times before, due to re-write his backstory a little to bring it back to earth <or should that be equestria?>)

• Brontes ability will be downgraded a little, as his previous abilities made him more of a god-like being (ironic considering the name) his use in certain RP forums is a little stunted, and thus is subject to change acordingly.
  
  ~ Art-wise and off forums where the moderators agree otherwise, Brontes is a unicorn/zebra hybrid with an affinity for eletricity (deriving from eletricity based spells being easier for him, rather than the previously started innate ability to control electricity at his will).
  
  ~ In forums where Moderators would rather an alternative to the above statement, Brontes will be a Pegasus/Zebra hybrid, with an ability deriving from being able to work with thunderous clouds more easily than the average pegasus.
  
  ~ Any god-like ability will be removed from RP forums, but will still be used in very certain circumstances.

• Rubia, though classed as a Crystal Pony, doesn't look like the ones you see in the show (with multiple crystaline faces making up their bodies when using their magic, and diamond-shaped eyes when not) as she's been bred with a smoother type of crystaline body.

• Although she's partially transparent, certain things will not be viewable through her, such as anything physically inside her.
