Although the art is digital, it is done in a sketch style. Some shading, and muted colors. Characters are done from the torso up. See commissions widget(?) on my front page for more info.

P.S. Yes.... it is a humanized version of Mangle and Foxy.... Original is on my DeviantArt page (DesertWolfDoodles) entitled: "I found Ye Broken..." (Something like that at least).
