L'héritage (critique requested)

Welcome to today's SOTD! Do you like booze? Do you like it a lot? Heck, do you like it EVERYDAY? Then this song is NOT for you!

For the non-Quebecois speakers out there, this song is about a guy who goes to the funeral place to see his dead father only to see the place's completely empty, save for the priest. No mothers, no brothers, no friends, nobody came for him. The priest asks him to pray for his soul to which the guy replies he doesn't know how but he'll try anyway. He does so clumsily (I salute you Mary, sorry to bother you...) and suddenly, his father's corpse rises and tells him not to be scared, that he only wants to talk to him. The guy says now that he's dead, he won't shy away and tells his father he can go to Hell for ruining his childhood. He was always drunk and never there for him. The father replies he's impolite but at least he came, so he'll make him his only inheritor. He hands him a bottle of hard liquor and tells him that's the only thing he can give him, before warning him to never drink from it. The bottle is cursed and bottomless, it ruined his life and will ruin whoever drink from it's. Just to prove him wrong, the guy takes a sip and say he's different from him, that he'll stop... after another sip.

And another sip.

And another sip.

And another sip.

And another sip.

And another sip.

...
