A commission for Artherion, who seems to have discovered a city with something relevant to his interests -- magic! Intercepting one of the beams seems to make him grow, but some denizens of the city seem determined to stop it by any means necessary. Desperate times. And Artherion... Doesn't seem thrilled about them destroying his new fascination!
This one was a bunch of fun to work on. The posing gave me a bit of struggle at first, but it's always a treat to get to work on good dragons. Thanks for letting me work with you, Artherion!!

The attention to detail on this is awesome. The cracks in the pavement are a nice touch to add to the mass feel too. The only critique I think I'd give is to actually give him a slightly wider stance. Balance wise he seems unsteady, like he'd be easier to push to the side than if feet were more spread. :3

AHHHH balance! I didn't even realize, oh gosh. Looking at it again, yeah, you're 100% right. He's kind of got a tight-rope effect going on, doesn't he. WHOOPS. I'll make a note to do some more feral animal studies, figure out their footing more. I can't believe I didn't catch that!! Hah!
