This was old old old art. The character was a an idea of mine about genetic splicing. His name is Kagmur and to be honest he's very mary sue (forgive me it was 9th grade!)

The bone out of his back is where the bone started to reject the body and was uninhibited by cell density and kept growing. He's a ghastly by-product of wayward science and his body is both strong (as in his muscles work more efficiently than a human's) but it's also falling apart with organ failure and cell rejection.

The animation itself is about 5 years old. So old art FTW.
