Garuff: On the issue of Lawrance...

demonskunk

There was a fourth child who went by the name Lawrence White. He was bought up by one of the female gnolls of the tribe, and expected to cook for her and clean while she laid around. "Stankbitch" is what the group called her - on account of her pungent aroma.

Lawrence was a handfull, however, and started a fight first thing, the spoiled little brat. Bolvar, however resolute he was on fulfilling his end of the contract he'd entered - the very same contract that pushed him into slavery - would not stand to see an innocent child abused, and so he stood up for the child - this was the event that forced Garuff and his out of the tribe, and set them on their adventures.

Lawrence was never very present, however, he tended to wander around and do his own thing - and he had a passionate dislike toward Garuff even though he never did anything that he didn't think was in the best interest for his adopted children.

He protected lawrence as well, even though he seemed to go out of his way to cause problems - shouting "WHEN MY FATHER HEARS OF THIS!" whenever something even so much as brushed his ego. But when he got home to his father in Osirion, he immediately burned down an establishment that refused to give him magic items for free, and found himself the target of the Prince's ire.

The prince, seeing that the perpetrator was just a boy, thought a fitting punishment would be humiliation, instead of death - even when Lawrence spit in his face. He sentenced him to wear a ragged gnoll costume - the very thing he hated most.

He refused, and was instead banished, but Garuff very much liked the idea of him wearing a gnoll. Maybe too literally.

Ah well, I'm sure no one will miss him~
