This is the first solid sketch of Lord Noxus, the Herald of Decay.

He's one of 4 great lords of a setting I never fully developed, the reason he's called the herald of decay is because his body is so radioactive that nothing can survive exposed to it for any period of time.

He has a loyal following of men forced to wear hazmat suits in order to serve him, and he desires nothing more than to find a way to neutralize the radiation his body gives off so he can live with the society he cultivated out in the wastes.

In his original incarnation it was filth - with a near toxic stench. he would have daily baths but it wouldn't help. Same general idea, though. This version was used in a Pen and Paper game I ran.
