Another vixaen (it's sort of my go-to, if you haven't noticed), this time one with a decidedly japanese flare wielding two Wave Swords. Wave swords are weapon hilts that emit a blade of pure energy, whether it be elemental or just plain magic. They take skill to use, and are extremely dangerous in untrained hands, but graceful weapons in the hands of a master.

I'm sure he's set his cloak on fire a thousand times with those by accident.
