This is a piece of concept art that's come a lot farther than I expected it to. This is a skytram aerie - think of it as a train station, but the trains are trams carried by dragons from one aerie to another, similar to modern air travel, they go back and forth at regular intervals.
The dragons aren't forced into this, they're intelligent and work for a wage, just like the less dragon-ey employees of the place.

Because of the unique function of the aeries, I'd imagine you'd only find them where dragons are reasonably common, but I'm still kinda trying to decide how I want dragons to be in Wayfarer. Either way, let me know what you think of the concept, and this piece |3 I'm really happy with it!
