This guy is a Lazren, one of Wayfarer's land-based lizardfolk. They're well known for mining alongside the Molgren, and they're pretty good at it.
I'm thinking they're cool-blooded. more susceptible to cold temperatures than the average non-lizard person, but not entirely dependent on outside temperatures.
