I'm very partial to color harmonies, so you're probably going to hear a lot about those from me. Fair warning! Also... I just realized her tail kind of looks like a bread bun. Is that intentional?
Also, as I'm looking at this painting again... it's pretty hard to do an original cute panda girl, but you made this one stand out pretty well. I think it's the combination of the simple cheongsam (I think that's what you were going for? If not, please forgive and correct me) design and her having puffy shorts under it (most people draw cheongsam without anything under them except pantyhose). Her hair is also different than what I'm used to seeing (color and styling wise). And that you didn't make her color-scheme black white and red or black white and green. Seemingly little details are really what make things stand apart, I guess.
