Kinda chiptune-y?
I use some chiptune layers - like the flute and the slap bass and a few other layers are all from the sega genesis kit. I just called it Glowtune, that seemed to fit

Thanks ^^;; - Idk it was kinda just messing around not trying to be super up my own ass about working on like sound design and stuff. It's fun just writing unrestricted silly super happy things sometimes
And yeah idk it's fun to use chiptune stuff in a context of other things, it's a layer of nostalgia you can relate to but repurposed into a more modern sound creating a combination of old and new that just sounds really fun imo

Yeah that's a perfect way to describe it! Its got that nostalgic feel to it but with a new twist that turns out to be really fun~~

I REALLY like this song but I really couldn't tell you why???? When you first posted it on tumbls i dled it like immediately. It's just so?? Happy? I'm not certain. I really enjoy your chiptuneish work, being not straight chip but with extra stuff in there makes it really fun and interesting!
