Dewbearry is animatronic made Tenshiro Satsuki for the purpose of entertaining and protecting children. Given the spark of life by a mysterious white core, Dewbearry has become sentient. One day he accidentally injured his creator during an argument and Dewbearry decided to remain at the Funtime Park. But sadly things didn't go well later on down the line, because after an incident where Dewbearry attacked a criminal from harming a child, he had his jaw sealed shut and placed out of order, the ordeal saddened him because he was trying to do the right thing is being punished for it.
