I've been moving forward with my life and gaining momentum, so my free time is starting to come at a premium. I feel if I'm doing commissions for side money or helping to save up for major purchases, the prices should be higher to make the time spent far more worth it.

These are still subject to change either way. Chime in if you feel this is unfair or anything.

I prefer a basic guideline and character references for commissions. If you can't provide either, I will work around it; this may result in an increase in prices.

And of course, don't, underline DON'T, commission me if you don't have the money at the time, are hoping for a complete change in style on my part, will not be able to pay at all, etc. I would rather not have any experiences that would convince me doing business with anyone but friends is a waste of time.

Terms and Conditions

Upon completion of the initial sketching (with fairly rough lines and no color), the first half of the payment will be sent to my paypal (farley_grey@yahoo.com) as a gift labeled something whimsical. The second half will be sent after the completed commission is fully approved by you. I will send the full size pic at that point as well as the .sai/.psd file if you'd like to have it for future touching up.

Please do not sends funds to me before alerting me or before we are finished with the details. If you do so in an attempt to secure a commission before the details are settled, I will immediately refund you.

Regarding approval: Yes, the commission is not finalized until you sign off on every section. HOWEVER, if you demand that a piece is changed to an unreasonable level at the line art or final stage (changing poses, characters, clothing (save minor pieces), body types, or ordering that the whole picture is redone) I will refuse to do the change and possibly drop the commission. All poses, clothing, characters, and body types are rendered during the sketching phase. You have no excuse to change your mind after clearing them there.

After the line art or color + shading phase of the commission, I will alter: Base colors, certain after effects (like wall graffiti or cum), minor anatomy or shading mistakes (ex: reshaping a pec), and other such examples.

I will redo the sketch of a piece a maximum of three times. If you demand a fourth significant change, I will cancel the commission.

Should you get an artist other than me to touch up, ink and/or shade the picture, I only request credit for the original work.

Commissions done by me are allowed to be posted publicly by you, the commissioner/s, so long as they are properly sourced. (However, this permission is revoked if the commission is incomplete unless I am asked ahead of time or the commission is canceled for whatever reason.) I will accept private commissions that are not to be posted publicly, but reserve the right to use them in a portfolio.

Commissions may not be distributed commercially unless I am contacted and I give consent.

If you cancel the commission before the initial sketch is cleared, we will conclude our business and no money will be exchanged. If you cancel the commission after the sketch is finished, I will keep the price of the sketch and refund the rest back to you. If you cancel the commission after the line art stage, I will keep the half you had sent to me after the sketch stage.

If I cancel the commission based on personal reasons, I will refund you the price of the commission. If the commission is canceled due to harassment, unreasonable difficulties with meeting the commissioner's standards*, and other such issues, I will keep the funds for the latest completed level of the commission (sketch, lineart, etc) and refund the rest.

• Such as the commissioner: ~ expecting a complete change in style ~ demanding changes to the theme, location, characters, positions, perspective, etc after the finalized sketch or lineart stage ~ demanding a change in lighting source/complete redo for the shading after most/all of the shading has been complete And other such situations.

During the commission period, I can add any commissioners to my skype list so that we may keep constant contact with each other. I can also offer doing private/public livestreams so that you may see your pic done in real time.

The moment you and I agree on the details of a commission and I start on the sketch, you agree to all of these terms.

Regarding my preferences as an artist, I am okay with drawing almost everything* but:
