Thank you for your critique.
I will say I'm kinda split between using references and drawing poses "from scratch". Someday I'll figure out the balance.
As for shading, I didn't really feel like going all out with this particular piece. It's a simpler piece, like seems to be most things I do since I can't be bothered to throw in backgrounds and stuff.
But anyway, thank you for your time ^^

So, since this is in the critique area, I hope that you won't get too angry with my opinion.
The Good:
I love that you use traditional Art, not a lot of people do it nowadays, the idea of pokemorphs is cool too.
The not so good:
as they say, practice makes perfect! The poses, as well as proportions might need some working on.
The advice:
Keep going! I would recommend you to try shading, it makes the objects pop out so much more, especially on paper. Do not be afraid to use stock photos to try out new poses, it is not a crime to draw objects from real life, a lot of artists use reference.
Overall: pretty good ^^
