My first encounter with the name Solvalou was Ridge Racer. After seeing this it's awesome to find out it's from its own awesome lookin' game. Now I gotta find a copy somewhere. （´・ω・｀）

Xevious. This was an ancient game that came out on like, atari 2400 or amiga or something and was an arcade game back in the early 80s or late 70s. I remember playing the NES port of it as a kid.
