HISTORY: Originally a martial artist studying under an eccentric Master, Darkwitt worked to make a difference by removing the lives of those who were causing ill upon the world. He quickly found that doing so only made  situations deteriorate into a power vacuum. He attempted a subtler approach in the entertainment industry but was quickly sabotaged by those in power who found his attempts to disrupt the status quo distasteful. He vowed to take charge and fix  this issue with stagnation, and fell off the grid. Through wise investment, a few  takeovers of low level gangs, and acquiring a hideout, Darkwitt was invented as an alias to be a specter of the System. Initially his goals had been one of global domination. The Qualm dashed aside those ambitions by  tricking him into joining the Facilitators, much to his chagrin. Darkwitt serves as a recruiting scout, searching the globe to find movers and shakers that would benefit the whole of society if put in the right position. He is also tasked with finding new Facilitators to continue on with their work. The original founders are growing  old, and the current members are growing ambitious. Darkwitt could easily find agents who would be loyal to him, whether through favors or brainwashing, but the Qualm’s words stuck with him. Darkwitt worries he’s become a true believer.

It's odd to write a dossier about yourself. But it feels appropriate. There's no telling what will happen to me. 

I've never shown what Darkwitt looked like publicly. I've also never revealed what I was in the past for fear of being ousted and having so much of what I enjoy dragged out for the world to judge. But as I've grown older, I've seen so much of a welcoming community, welcoming peers. I figured it's time to loosen my grip.
