From top to bottom: spinner dolphin, clymene dolphin, striped dolphin.

In the Atlantic ocean, for some reason spinner dolphins and striped dolphins have hybridized enough to produce an entire new species, the clymene dolphin. This is the first marine mammal species known to come from hybridization. News about this appeared on many science sites in January this year... yet for some reason clymene dolphins are unpopular on this site, in relative terms both striped and spinner dolphins get quite a lot more love... I think all three of 'em are awesome, though striped dolphins are my personal favourites of the three to draw... \o/
