The perp was panting frantically. He just witnessed his buddies get sliced up to ribbons by a dark figure in red. Their screams of agonizing pain were still strident against his ears as he pounded up the steps to their safe house, the blood pulsing in his ears. It had all been so simple - just a simple goods trade. A couple of nobodies and their children for thick cases full of cash. They could retire on that amount. What their buyers wanted with them was none of their business. They were about to live the high life! However, a couple piercing shots through the necks of their clients and the power cut, the warehouse turned to bedlam. It was a massacre of blood and screams. It only dawned on him as he was thumping up the steps to their locked and secure safehouse that whoever attacked them had left the women and children alone - their 'goods.'

Slamming the door shut behind him, he bumped his head against the wooden door, breathing heavy. He was shaking. He had never been this scared of anything his entire life, but he was free! He escaped! Just as he was chuckling at his small victory, a small clearing of a throat directed his gaze behind to an occupied chair in the center of the room with a suited figure splayed upon it. Mask off and everything as if taunting him, the wolf smirked. "Miss me?" He screamed.
