Life had settled down for the moment. Taylor and Ahya were far away from the disasters of Zabokar. Their memories like some distant nightmares. Liam McHowl had been her savior that day alongside many of her friends. As everyone split off to pursue their own objectives, leaving Taylor safely at the ranch with Liam being her protective guardian, she wasn't sure what to do with herself.

She had been spending more time with Liam who saw fit to feed her a lot of food. He said she was a skinny twig and when he first met her said she looked emaciated and in dire need of sustenance. She scoffed at his insistence to take care of herself, but had to admit she wasn't looking so hot in the mirror. Was Nina being too nice about her looks after all those years being on the run with barely anything to eat? Taylor promised Liam she'd eat more to better round out those curves he said she'd look so good in.

After a smile and a few slaps to the arm for his comments, they'd go out to relax on the grass and bask in the rays of the sun - almost forgetting the horrors of the recent past. There would be days where Taylor would look up into his eyes and see something there... a future, maybe? She felt safe and comfortable around him. Why shouldn't she? He had been nothing if not caring, protective and watchful over her without asking for a single thing in return. Whatever his motives were, she trusted him. Maybe it was time to disappear and have him take her somewhere far away where the bad people couldn't find them.
