Being a vigilante isn't always easy. Not only do you have to contend with the most vile of criminals and scum, but you must also watch out for law enforcement as well. They may not be your enemies, per sey, but they might as well be given their dogged pursuits of interfering with your brand of justice. Despite being on the same side, you are definitely not on the same team. There have been many an occasion Murana has had to run from a crime scene or ditch her current target to safely make a getaway. She has been fortunately very good at this, having learned the ins and outs of her city well growing up as an assassin for a shadowy guild called 'The Claw.' Ditching their guild protection to go rogue as a vigilante when they denied her the targets she desired most, her abusive, manipulative and sadistic cult worshiping parents, she exposed herself to enemies from all sides. Not that it mattered to Murana. She would see justice done, one way or another.
