Long after Steven and Max moved out of the home, yet before giving birth to Taylor, Murana was feeling that itch to nurture and protect. She would wander the orphanages, looking for that spark of compatibility with another young cub or kit. It was one fateful day that she happened across a lonely doe, drawing by herself in her room, the other kids playing elsewhere without her. She stepped in to introduce herself and quickly got to talking with the adorable doe named Summer. After several dozen minutes later, Murana knew she had found the one. The next youngling to join her family. She lifted Summer high into the air and snuggled her, before giving her tender licks of affection which tickled Summer so. "I've found you!" Murana laughed gleefully as she spun around and around with Summer.
