I knew I always wanted to show off scenes from the story in my head revolving around Taylor Renee. This was one such scene where she faces off against her unnamed nemesis, a tortoise. A seemingly impenetrable wall of defense that seems to shrug off just about anything she can do to him. Even Ahya cannot stretch out wide enough to consume him utterly and is thus useless in combat. Taylor's electrical neural impulses don't seem to have much effect on the tortoise. A formidable foe indeed for our young heroine, but odds are that she won't give up!
