I've wanted to represent our local turkey friends for quite some time. Glad I finally got to! From roosting in the trees behind our house, to the gobbling heard a good mile away, to those awesome displays and dancing, turkeys are one of the coolest big birds I get the pleasure of seeing.

Aww haha that's awesome! Hahaha I can relate to being picky- I'm really weird about how certain animals are portrayed myself. I'm sure it's at least a little weird to have an animal you like wearing a hat representing, well, impending doom for them o-o;;
I worked on this guy and the turkey vulture together, but maybe 4-5 hours just for him!

TURKEY TIME! Turkeys are some of my favorites, to the extent that my family and spouse can attest to my weird fixation on them (and how I dislike them wearing little Pilgrim hats despite liking said hats on their own, it's complicated).
How long did Mr. Tom here take? He looks great!
