this is an art request for user Jay_Swizzle on FA, who just completed the national pokedex. it's a little tuckered out pikachu OC taking a rest and getting groomed by a volcanion, which I had never heard of before and had to google. I guess it's a new pokemon that's not actually in the games yet. interesting design, and apparently a fire/water type, which is definitely an interesting combination
