This is one of my more... Fancharacter-y characters I own. Being a robot builder with a high IQ and happens to give a lot of them tools that could be used as weapons... And probably were when he got angry and went evil for a short time... Yes, he's a Megaman Doctor fanchar. I still like how he came otu after finally facking drawing him. Took too damned long to get to it. -3-;
