Cyborg-Lucario is not the only cyborg hero in the world, meet Sayuri and River!

Before C-L got turned into a cyborg, there was another Pokémon that Team Epoch turned into a cyborg who managed to break free and rebel against them.
Sayuri was a Lokix who worked as a stunt Pokémon at a motorcycle range (or Cyclizar if you really care about the environment) and thanks to her skills and signs of high intelligence she was kidnapped by Team Epoch.
She did manage to break free to fight against Team Epoch and their evil plans while also working as a stuntwoman, not just at the motorcycle range, but also at movies, and also does good deeds like saving people and feeding the poor.
One day, an anmesiac Lucario came to her as instructed after he escaped from Team Epoch and seeing how he also was a cyborg, she agreed to mentor him.

Some time later, Cyborg-Lucario saved a feisty Cyborg-Floatzel before she got brainwashed, her name being River.
She does not see herself as traumatized by being kidnapped and turned into a cyborg, she loves how she's now (according to her) 20% cooler, but she wished she could have been made bigger to be 100% cool.
She may not have a job, at least until she found a way to turn her superheroics into a job.
As for people questioning if she and C-L were a couple, no she just found him cool and an inspiration for being a hero, for her to be the Mighty No.3!
She does however have a crush on Mr. Z despite knowing that he's C-L's rival.
