Venture is a masked outlaw from Orre and an admin of Team Gigas. He oversees several of the operations, especially when stealing Pokémon.
He's about ready to do anything as long as there's a paycheck and doesn't care about human lives, or Pokémon life for that matter unless they're artificial, because he for some reason has more empathy for machines. Though it's uncertain how much he lovew machines.

Venture is based on the villain by the same name from Spider-Man 2099.
