Not sure if the dragon emperor is a qualified doctor or if he snuck in to the doctors office to play with the stethoscope. Dialga certainly didn't care who it was that checked his heart it seems.
They seem happy about something, like they're planning something. Who knows when it comes to legendary Pokémon.
And to say the least so are the heartbeats of the master of time very different from any other Pokémon Drakaiser got to listen to.
