I have ideas of making comics based on indie games, but sadly so am I too lazy for that (and I also got lots of other ideas I want to make a reality).

But it won't stop me from making a cover for what an issue of one would look like, featuring Crow from Nefarious and Yooka and Laylee from Yooka-Laylee (obviously).

The Nefarious comic would be about him trying to commit crimes only to be stopped by the hero Mack, and other times he would be in contests against the rival villain Dr Mechano.
Other kinds of antics included.

The Yooka-Laylee comic would be about Yooka the chameleon and Laylee the bat stopping Capital B and his latest plots to capitalize on everything that could cause misfortune for everybody else.
Their adventures would be crazy and wacky, though I wonder what would happen if I made Capital B a more serious villain in the style of Dr Robotnik in Sonic the Comic. I hope that wouldn't be too much of a tonal shift.
The early arcs will be based on the game to then go on to an original storyline afterward (until the sequel comes out (if there will be one)).

Other indie game comics I have thought of is one of Mighty No. 9 in which we would have the first arc be the original game which will then have original story arcs until the sequel comes (which may or may not happen due to Keiji Inafune seeming to have moved on to other projects).
Hey, maybe people will think that I did a better job with the story than the original creators (even though I didn't have much issue with it because face it, the classic Megaman series didn't exactly had simple stories with a few exceptions).

There could maybe be comics based on Undertale, Shovel Kight, or whatever popular indie game is out. Eh, who knows?

Yooka-Laylee (c) Playtonic

Nefarious (c) Star Blade

(And yes, I'm aware of some of the inconsistencies present here. That's what you get for relying on memory. But I can make sure and tell you that I won't make the same mistake if I actually would do a comic series about either of these franchises.)
