Although I didn't use Sailor Moon as an inspiration, it not surprising you'd get vibes like that. After all, the main character's name is Usagi, Japanese for "rabbit", so there has to be some influence from Chang'e's lore.

I'm getting such major Sailor Moon wibes from this, it's beautiful. I'd say the best work of yours in the series so far, but I'm not going to make that mistake twice.
