Hyper Indoor Lacrosse League - ADAGIO SPRINGS ENSEMBLE

For this team, I wanted to do a classical music themed concept, like how certain sports teams name themselves after a music genre (St. Louis Blues, Utah Jazz, etc). Classical music isn't always light and soft, as there's a bolder, mightier side to it, like with the Star Wars Theme, for example.

The name, "Adagio Springs" is a reference to "Adagio For Strings", a song composed by Samuel Barber in 1936. The team's original nickname was "Symphony", but when you initialize the full team's name, well... That's why it was changed to "Ensemble".

The primary logo consists of a G-clef note with a lacrosse stick head shooting a ball in front of a wavy music line. This G-clef note is also featured in the secondary logo, which is a circle with the team's name around it, and two stars separated by the G-clef note inside of it. The team's colors are maroon, gold, black, and white.

The team is made up of owls, and their mascot is Baton the Owl.

"Amadeus Enterprises" is a reference to Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, of course. The other owners' names are a combination of several other composers and conductors, one of them including Keith Lockhart. "Bravo Electric" is meant to be the name of a sound equipment company like Bose. They have the naming rights to the Ensemble's home arena. The team plays in the Star Conference.
