AHL MAX Series Number 02 of 30: Boomer - Springfield Thunderbirds

In Western Massachusetts, there's the city of Springfield. In Springfield, there's the AHL headquarters. There's also an AHL team there known as the Springfield Thunderbirds. The Thunderbirds came to Springfield in 2016, replacing the previous team that played there, the Springfield Falcons, who played in Springfield for 22 years before moving to Tucson, Arizona. Pictured here is "Boomer", the Thunderbirds mascot. He's a bird, and.....he represents thunder. That's what makes this rockstar avian so awesome!
