My father had gifted me for christmas a set of acrylics and tonight decided to give them a try. Used 's persona for the practice and it started pretty rocky but at the end turned out pretty decent. :'D

And I must say I am not well versed with traditional media and during these piece I got actually all askdvlj because I started to dark on the vest and face so at the end worked as if I was working a digital piece and worked light on dark, which at the end worked out :'0

You've captured his air of cadence and refinement excellently. This alone also says much about your skill on painting, you know where to fade out colours, where to keep them together. I wouldn't suspect this was acrylic till you mentioned it as its' usually opaque and thickly applied (or used as a base for oils) but the colour really shines through. His waistcoat is a rich velvety red that would have been harder to do with water colours, and it really brights his beguiling gaze.
