Every year since 2009 I have done NaNoWriMo. For those not in the know, that's National Novel Writer's Month. A bunch of crazy writers get together in November and write 50,000 words as a self initiated challenge. I always go a little crazy in November and I'm sure my characters dread it.

Only this November I didn't come back down. One brave OC decides to find out what happened.

In November, my sister died. Understandably it was hard for everyone to deal with. It was about a two month hard spiral that didn't stop once it got started. She stayed in hospice in our livingroom where she died. I still don't like sitting on that side of the room.

And so that the comic makes SOME kind of sense, my sister was an avid ghost hunter and believer in bigfoot and all things mysterious. I'm glad that wherever she is, she has her answer.
