I'd have to argue umbreon is the best, if not the best pokemon ever! However, I do like jolteon the most out of the gen 1 eeveelutions if it's any consolation. And that is an awesome rendition of jolteon.

In seriousness: I like the shading (or lighting) as it defines the electrisity coming from the feet very well. :)
