Some cookies I made awhile back, back when I had time to be baking! The filling is buttercream (and chocolate buttercream). If you want the recipes I used, feel free to ask!
My #1 tip for roll-and-cut sugar cookies is to put them in the fridge for ~15 minutes after you cut them and before you bake them (just put them in on the tray, if you have room). They hold their shape much better!
