This sweetie's name is CandyMan, his weapon is called the "Jaw Breaker"; Think of Gutsman's power Super Arm, but candy themed u3u Not sure which series he belongs to quite yet, but for sure he's not a Wily number.

He's a big pushover baby and I l ove him to pieces.
