Built by the Hands of Joey himself, The Riolu Electric is a very handy Tool that has many uses to it

It can scan a Life-Form, telling you it's Name, Gender, Species, Age, and Traits

That Data will be stored in it's built in Pokédex

It also has a GPS, and a 3-D Veiw of the World

It track others with a Riolu Electric this way

It's also uses that Function for Communication

Another Tool it has is it's Mods

As of now, no Mods have been istalled but there will be soon enough

Joey uses this Tool on a regular basis, he actually depends on The Riolu Electric because he doesn't have the ability that most Riolus have

So this is where The Riolu Electric comes into play

I know! I know! It's design is equally familiar to The Miles Electric from the Sonic Series!

But there is a thing called, "Inspiration"
