This unique beauty is called a: Gloriosa Lily. They are a climber and they grow their stigmas and stamens underneath the main flower, instead inside the flower.

I love the way this lily looks. It reminds me of a species, that you would see in a sc-fi movie or book.

I'm planning on planting it again this year in my garden.
