"I’ll be right back, guys!”

Penelope stood up, taking a quick drag from her wine glass as she went, waving at the members of her bachelorette party, most of them Magnolia May’s friends and wholly invited by the cat demon instead of by the chameleon demon herself. Penelope enjoyed their company, but she wouldn’t really consider herself as having friends, besides for Magnolia herself, of course.

“Don’t suck any dicks without me!”

Angel Dust called after her, snickering when Cherri Bomb elbowed him with her own set of chuckling.

“Yeah, yeah.” Penelope mumbled, more to herself than to the others as she moved through the crowd, trying not to be jostled and spill her drink. Penelope moved to the back wall as fast as she could, up until she actually bumped straight into someone.

“Woah there,”

Penelope skirted back, narrowing her eyes at cotton candy colored hair, sharp teeth, and dark gray skin. “Careful, dear.” the male demon chuckled, his fangs shining in the maroon light of the club.

“Sorry.” Penelope said quickly, not really interested in getting into a conversation, especially not with someone she didn’t know, but she did bump into him, so may as well humor him for a moment. “I wasn’t looking, mi culpa.”

“Don’t worry about it,” the man said, leaning back against the back wall of the club, swirling his drink in his glass, looking into the red liquid, something that looked very red wine like, but was clearly thicker than any wine Penelope had seen before. “What are you doing out by yourself, if I may, miss? places like this aren’t great for anyone on their own, let alone for ladies, like yourself.”

“Not here by myself,” Penelope shrugged, her tail flicking. “it’s my bachelorette party, so my friend invited me and some of her other friends out.” the chameleon demon nodded back to her table, letting the fanged demon follow her with his eyes. “Ahh,” the man said, his eyes seemed to linger on the table before shooting back to Penelope, and he straightened himself. “Why don’t you entertain me then, pretty lady?”

Penelope blinked, she didn’t hear him correct, right? not only that, but she swore she hadn’t had that much to drink as to make her head feel as fuzzy as it suddenly was feeling. “Wh-what?” she asked, letting him brush his knuckles against her face.

“Aren’t you a pretty little thing,” the vampire said, flashing his teeth, his eyes glowing. “Pretty little lizard, ripe for the taking.”

Penelope purred, burrowing her face into his hand. “Yeah, why not?” she said, wrapping her arms around the man and squeezing his bottom when she got her hands on it. “You’re hot, you’ve got a nice ass, and I got no prior engagements.”

“No, no you don’t,” the other demon purred back, slipping a hand over her arm and up to cup one of her breasts, squeezing in a mimic of Penelope’s squeezing just a moment ago. “Not a single engagement,”

“Pen?”

The familiar voice pulled Penelope out of her hazy state, and she looked over as Magnolia walked over to her, concern written all over the cat’s face. “Are you okay, Penelope? you’ve been gone for a while.”

Penelope blinked, rubbing her green eyes. “Wha-?” she mumbled. “I’m-I’m okay,” she said, confusion lilting her voice. what was she just doing? she was with someone, right? she looked over at the back wall, which was completely vacant.

“Penny?” Magnolia reached out, putting a grounding hand on Penelope’s shoulder, steering her away from the empty wall she was blinking at. “C’mon, let’s go back to everyone.”

“Ye-yeah,” Penelope said, shaking her head, trying to rid her mind of the cobwebs cluttering it. “Yeah, that’d be great.”

Finally decided what to do with this doodle, because these two? a massive crack ship, legit no chemistry, so I think about them interacting sometimes, nothing canon, just because I think how they would not get along at all entertaining

He just saw people he realizes are from the hotel, and since John is there? prey, wants to destroy all of them, because why not? they're keeping John from him, obviously they're poisoning his John's mind away from him, and they need to be destroyed, of course, of course, there's no other reason that John would reject him

Penelope just wants to be with Tom and have Magnolia, everyone else means mostly nothing to her, excuse her
