Penelope is a rather newer soul in hell, and maybe imps can tell she's new? hopefully naïve? maybe blinded by happiness of her wedding planning? yes? please? unfortunately Penelope has surrounded herself with others who are very cynical, literally has the Radio Demon protecting her, because she's Magnolia's friend, and if she got hurt Magnolia would be upset so Alastor won't stand for Penelope being used, nope, because that would make Magnolia pay more attention to Penelope and less attention to him, which is a big no, so Penelope must be taken care of to avoid that
