Magnolia probably helped Penelope dye her hair tbh, but Penelope also just is into pink, pink is one of her colors, the darker pink is Magnolia and Angel's thing tho

Anyone curious about the color change on Penelope verses her demon form, her colors are just warmer as a human and there's light in her eyes, I literally just make her colors more warm toned verses her normal colors, her "normal" colors, whilst a regular skin and hair color, are not hers
