So, it finally happened. I made a character I don't hate. Granted he's a WIP, I haven't even figured out his name yet. But I really like this trident design. It was inspired by Red Torpedo and Aang's airbending tattoos. Unfortuneately I'm terrible at drawing otter faces, but hopefully that'll change in time.

Anyway, backstory. This guy's parents were water-loving (shocker) otters who took their son out on the ocean one day on a sailboat when a storm came out of nowhere and wrecked their ship. His parents drowned but he was saved by a mermaid's kiss and subsequently gained the ability to breathe underwater. She also provided him with his tattoos which imbued him with hydrokinetic abilities. He rebranded himself (*insert really cool name here*) and decided to use his powers to (*either be a hero or a villain, can't decide yet*)

Personality-wise, he's Bi. And very likely to hit on you, if only to avoid awkward silences which he detests. His pastimes include surfing, grilling seafood and getting so drunk he can't walk two feet without falling over.
