another avatar commission back from wws a few years ago! from yet again the same ocean-goddess worshipping female-dominant-hierarchy pack. i think this was the first one i did and i like how this one came out better than the other two, but all three were really fun. i think at the time i only did these for like $7! way friggen underpriced cause i worked too hard on them.
