So with Cyclonus getting 3 minutes of vaguely decent screen time in RiD finale I decided to draw Cyclotron. Because it's super easy
Have a vague idea of how things might/probably go down with this guy too, though if I do ever do anything further it might change:

With a New Autobot council elected it looked like things were gonna go GREAT!
Except when Ratchet and the others went to survey the somewhat damaged control room they found this young Sparkling instead,
Given the visuals there was literally no denying where he came from and he was young too. Young enough to immediately start whimpering the moment he saw them.
While in the grand scheme of things it was nothing but at that moment a Youngling immanently about to cry was a catastrophe.
Managing to distract him momentarily from his distress all they discovered that the young mechling was named 'Cyclotron', had come to meet Cyclonus and was going to proudly announce how "he got here all by himself!".
Quickly passing the kid onto Jazz who calmed it and kept it entertained with music the new council had to decide what to do with such a young individual.

Cybertron was too dangerous for it right now.
They had no idea how far Decepticon-teachings may have gone with the child either.
Simple; send it to Earth.
The members of Team Bee were also young bots and would have a better chance of getting through to the child.

Telling the child they were associates of Cyclonus they informed him that a lot of trouble had cropped up (passing off the damage in the room as due to that).
Cyclonus was in another state and they had been sent to get him, but were surprised he had turned up here! (They even played 'proud' at the youngling getting there by himself, it made the kid smile and trust them at least). Yet things were not as safe as they seemed and worried; they'd been ordered to send Cyclotron to another team.
Returning to a worried state the young gullible kid did as they said.

Barely an Earth-month had gone by when a confused Bumblebee and co. welcomed Ratchet to the Scrapyard.
Ratchet informed them that they had an important duty for them to perform!
"You are not to mention the fate of the old Decepticon council on Cybertron! If asked say there are issues in New Kaon that needed to be attended to! If any request is made to contact the old council redirect it to this frequency!"
They were all thoroughly confused.
Then even more confused when Ratchet had Jazz trot out a very excited Cyclotron and a few of his orders dawned on Team Bee.
"Kid, these are the fine upcoming youngsters Cyclonus ordered us to take you to! They'll be looking after you until this nasty business has 'blown over'"
With that Team Bee now had a kid to look after.

Cue all the silliness that can or could entail.
Like Grimlock actually being a super cute "older bro" type figure and curling around him when it's 'nap time'. Sideswipe being the "bad influence older bro" figure.
Cyclotron taking a liking to Drift because he reminds him a bit of Cyclonus; except this would lead to panic as Cyclotron would promptly get weepy and whine that he misses Cyclonus. This has lead the team to find Drift and his students engaging in "adorable" things to keep things going smooth.
The humans and Fixit showing him paranormal broadcasts and BOY HOWDY does he love that! Cue the entire team staying up all night watching ghost documentaries.
Strongarm would try and teach him justice and stuff, Bumblebee would end up relating to Denny; feeling like the tired 'dad' of the group in many ways but enjoying the times when he gets the chance to 'kick back' as another 'fun bot' to hang out with.

Occasionally they had to use the false frequency Ratchet provided them, so several Earth-months later they were fine with letting Cyclotron made a call.
However!
This time he entered a different frequency, surprising everyone and bypassing the fake one!
What's worse... someone answered.

Cyclotron babbled happily to whoever else was on the other end, sounding sad a few times but picking up again near the end.
Asking him several times who he'd rang never seemed to get a coherent answer out of him.

Then one day a blazing explosion happened in the yard and in the middle stood a tall cannon-wielding purple mecha demanding Cyclotron!

(There we go, the bonus/extra silly bits of that included Cyclonus escaping in order to find Cyclotron, Galvatron interrogating team Bee but with Cyclotron claiming them as 'friends' he went easy on them, Cyclonus ending up on Earth, Optimus showing up there after following Galvatron, then Megatron of all mechs actually DOES show up! Cyclonus then reveals the whole plan was to get Megatron back (lying about ruling Cybertron, he didn't care for that really) along with Optimus so they'd be forced to talk to Galvatron. Galvatron who the duo had created before the war and then due to some circumstances abandoned him when it started leaving him with some issues.
Yup, silly extras but I like it!)
