TAMOTSU: Japanese name meaning "defender, protector." "TAMOTSUS" for plural.

A Tamotsu is a magical creature.
Found in forests, mountains, oceans, desserts, and just about everywhere, they strive to keep the world in balance.

Tamotsus have two sets of ears, one to hear what is on this earth and another to hear what is going on in the magical world.
Tamotsus can have all sorts of tail and fur styles from short to long, fuzzy to slick, it all depends on where they are from and what type they are.
They can speak all languages and even speak to animals!

-Forest Tamotsu help to heal plants and trees. They watch over the forest and protect it.
These Tamotsus Often have a very gentle and even temperament.
Their magic tends to glow greenish colors.

-Mountain Tamotsu are usually the most secluded and tend to recluse, they don't like coming near people are are often harsh towards them.
They can raise mountains and some can make lava fly! So watch out for these Tamotsus.
Their magic tends to glow in white or grey shades, unless they are a volcano Tamotsu, then it's orange, yellow and red shades.

-Sky Tamotsu can fly and often have wing-like features. They patrol the air and spend a lot of time arranging clouds.
They have an array of temperaments. Sky Tamotsus are the most intelligent of them all.
Their magic usually glows in whites and blues, but can vary.

-Ocean Tamotsu are very aquatic (apparently) but they can be found on land as well! Even though they don't like being on land most of the time,
it wont hurt them to be out of the water for too long. They can range from very sweet to ...not so sweet. Some guard the depths of the ocean while others like to stay at the shallow ends. They clean the water and are very busy bees.
Their magic tends to glow in blue shades.

-Dessert Tamotsu tend to be more on the grumpy side. They don't like water! Get some water on them and you're likely to get chomped.
Not all of them are mean though, you can catch them on a good day! They may not have much work to do but they aren't lazy either!
They guard the desserts and make sure there is still life in an almost unlivable place. Their magic tends to glow in a white, yellow or tan shades.

-Mysterious Tamotsu are more on the magic side, they don't have one set location where they like to be. They mainly just help where ever they
can but are usually very shy/recluse and help in secret. If you can befriend a mysterious Tamotsu you must be a great person!
There magic can glow any color.

-Random Tamotsu will pop in every now and then! These are rare!
